I’m Natalie Sutton
I’m a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a unique focus: optimising the brain and autonomic nervous system to unlock wellbeing and peak performance. My work blends physiotherapy, neuroscience, pain science, neuroplasticity, and personal experience to help you rewire your brain, heal, and evolve—adapting effortlessly to stress and high-pressure situations.
In 2012, a snowboarding accident left me with debilitating post-concussion symptoms for years. No treatment seemed to work. Frustrated and desperate, I immersed myself in studying the brain and nervous system. What I discovered changed everything—leading to my rapid recovery and inspiring me to help others harness their brain’s potential.
I work with people in Aotearoa and internationally, with sessions available in-clinic (Whangaparaoa, Auckland) or online.
